Movers and Shakers for February 2024
Cliff Culver: Cancer management platform OncoHealth announced the former Precision Medicine Group SVP as its chief operating officer.
Brett Erhardt: OncoHealth announced that the former Bright Health executive is its new chief strategy and growth officer.
Francisco J. Esteva: The oncologist takes over as chief of hematology and medical oncology at Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital; Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital; and Northwell Health Cancer Institute’s Manhattan cancer program—a role in which he has served in an interim capacity for the past year. Northwell also named Esteva director of breast cancer translational research at the Northwell Health Cancer Institute.
Caroline Germa: Ikena Oncology, a cancer therapy company, named the Transcenta Therapeutics executive its chief medical officer (CMO).
David Kroekel: Wearable drug delivery technology maker Enable Injections promoted its SVP for product development and operations to COO.
Ed Lee: Artificial intelligence-powered health tech company Nabla announced the physician and former Permanente Medical Group executive as CMO.
Emily Mastaler: The president and CEO of River Hospital will take over as chief administrative officer for Stony Brook Southampton Hospital effective May 20, health system executives announced.
Rosemary Mazanet: Cell therapy company Vittoria Biotherapeutics named the life sciences consultant as its CMO.
Phuong Khanh (PK) Morrow: Takeda Oncology, a biopharmaceutical company, appointed the former CMO of CRISPR Therapeutics as head of its oncology therapeutic area unit.
Cassandra Pratt: Fertility and family benefits company Progyny promoted its director of human resources and SVP of people to chief human resources officer.
Britton Russell: Immunotherapy company Umoja Biopharma announced that the former Parse Biosciences CFO is its new CFO.
Yafell Serulle: Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital appointed the surgeon as chief of neuroendovascular surgery.
Scott Warshaw: OncoHealth announced XiFin’s former chief strategy officer as its CFO.
