Sean Baptiste: Jacksonville, Florida-based Nemours Children’s Health hired Baptiste for the newly created position of chief people officer on August 1.
Blaise Coleman: Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Endo International announced Coleman would be leaving his position as CEO effective August 29, four months after the company emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Scott Hirsch, former CEO of Solta Medical, is taking over until a permanent replacement is found.
Rexanne Domico: Sunrise, Florida-based home healthcare provider Interim HealthCare named Domico as president and COO on August 20. She previously served as CEO of HomeFree pharmacy services.
Leslie Flake: The CFO of Orlando Health, a system based in Central Florida with 17 hospitals and 10 freestanding emergency departments, has left her position after two years, spokesperson Kena Lewis told Healthcare Brew. Bernadette Spong, her predecessor, is serving as temporary CFO until the system finds a replacement.
Mark Flakne: On August 8, the former CFO of Optum was announced as CFO of Included Health, a navigation and virtual care startup based in San Francisco.
Greg Friberg: San Rafael, California-based BioMarin Pharmaceutical announced on August 21 that Friberg will become EVP and chief R&D officer effective September 30. The soon-to-be-former Amgen VP of global medical affairs for rare disease is replacing Hank Fuchs, who is retiring after 15 years.

Jean-Pierre Garnier: BioAge Labs, a clinical stage antiaging biopharmaceutical company located in Richmond, California, announced August 22 that it had appointed the former GSK CEO as chair of its board.
James “Scott” Gee: The American Hospital Association on August 23 named Microsoft’s former cyber incident response manager as deputy national advisor for cybersecurity and risk.
Roger Mitchell Jr.: Maryland-based Adventist HealthCare and Howard University announced August 26 that Mitchell will succeed Anita Jenkins as president of the Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, on September 13.
Jayne Morgan: Menlo Park, California-based Hello Heart, an app for tracking heart health, told Healthcare Brew August 20 that it had named Morgan as VP of medical affairs. She previously served as Piedmont Healthcare’s executive director of health and community education.
James Sabry: In another August shakeup at BioMarin, the company has hired Sabry as EVP and chief business officer. The former Roche and Genentech executive starts October 7.
Melissa Stoudmire: Cleveland Clinic promoted Stoudmire to its newly created position of VP for advanced practice providers, in which she will lead more than 3,600 advanced practice providers across the system’s Ohio and Florida markets, effective August 1. She was formerly director of advanced practice providers at Cleveland Clinic Akron General.
Lalan Wilfong: Thyme Care, a Tennessee value-based oncology navigation startup, announced August 27 it had named Wilfong as SVP of value-based care.
