Nancy Howell Agee: The CEO of nonprofit health system Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia, announced in mid-July that she plans to step down on September 30.
Steve Arner: The president and COO of Carilion Medical Center will succeed Agee as CEO of Carilion Clinic on October 1, the health system announced at the same time.
Bryce Bach: Risant Health, a DC-based nonprofit owned by Oakland, California-based health system Kaiser Permanente, named Bach as its new CFO.
Danielle Carter: Intrepid Ascent, a community health consulting firm, promoted the company’s former VP of community change to be its new VP of community health transformation.
Dorrie Dils: The CEO of Gift of Life Michigan, the state’s federally designated organ and tissue recovery program, was appointed to a national role as president at the nonprofit Association of Organ Procurement Organizations.
Philip Ebeling: Inspire Medical Systems, a medical device company that creates treatments for sleep apnea, announced on July 18 that Ebeling, its COO, will leave the company to become president and CEO of an unnamed private cardiology medical device company.

Chase Hammon: Duly Health and Care, an independent, physician-led medical group in Downers Grove, Illinois, named Hammon as its new CFO.
Ed Kaleta: UnitedHealth Group named the former 3M and Walgreens exec as its new SVP of external affairs.
Mohammad Kharbat: Clearway Health, a specialty pharmacy services company, appointed the veteran pharmacy executive as its new SVP and chief pharmacy officer.
Laizer Kornwasser: Previously the president of enterprise growth and global markets at Teladoc, Kornwasser was terminated from his position on July 1.
Nathan Landsbaum: Insurance giant Centene named Landsbaum as the company’s next CEO of markets and Medicaid.
Pamela McClain: Adventist HealthCare, a health system in Gaithersburg, Maryland, appointed McClain as its new VP of ambulatory revenue cycle and managed care.
Erik Moore: Bamboo Health, a health tech solutions company, named health tech veteran Moore, who previously worked at CVS, Optum, and Siemens Healthcare, as its new chief technology officer.
Nazir Rostom: Bamboo Health also named Rostom, most recently the president of artificial intelligence company Ocelot, as its new CFO.
William Shrank: Walgreens Boots Alliance named the Andreessen Horowitz venture partner to the company’s board of directors.
